2022 celebrations returned with a bang, post-covid, and we all have no doubt, it’ll continue into 2023 with repeat business booking in already. They have a whole host of venues on offer across the capital, suitable for all party sizes.

Small Exclusives

Smart Christmas Parties have exclusive access to four ‘smaller’ venues across London. Each offers a special backdrop for your client's Christmas Parties. Our Small exclusive party venues can facilitate parties from 220- 400 for seated dinners, or 400 for a standing reception.

Join us for a Masquerade party in the heart of London’s Covent Garden at the iconic art deco Freemasons’ Hall. A whirl of decadence, drama, and delight awaits you with our sensational Christmas party at The Masquerade Club. Feast all your senses on our stunning recreation of the Venetian carnival, complete with masked sellers, stunning theming, and our talented DJ.

Situated on the fourth and fifth levels of the Science Museum, Illuminate offers a breathtaking view over London through panoramic windows. Built and designed with events in mind, the venue comfortably holds up to 400 and is available for both festive lunches and evening events. The venue is impressive at all times of day, either flooded with daylight or illuminated by the spectacular lighting design, the perfect location for your 2023 event.

Nestling on the edges of the city and Shoreditch is the stunning LSO St Luke’s, home to the world-famous London Symphony Orchestra. Large Exclusives

If you’re looking for venues with a larger capacity, Smart Christmas Parties are also able to help! We have exclusive access to three venues, spanning the River Thames, from Battersea all the way down to Greenwich Peninsula, and most of the way in between. Each venue is unique and will be sure to wow your clients this Christmas. Our large exclusive party venues can facilitate parties from 350-2000 for seated dinners, or up to 4000 for a standing reception.

For Christmas 2023 come and party at Magazine London, an urban event space with stunning views across Canary Wharf.

We have designed a concept that enhances the venue’s unique design and style. Enter into our urban landscape, with towering ceilings, a central bar, and a space that you can make uniquely yours. The main event space will provide an adaptable and versatile environment in which to host your event, the space is ideal for parties, but can also accommodate conferences, award ceremonies, and brand events. Included in your venue hire is state-of-the-art sound, lighting, and a dance floor, as well as a centralised screen and impactful stage which can be utilised for live entertainment. Also available to you are the venue’s mezzanines, which can be used as VIP areas, overflow for high guests numbers, or breakout spaces, as well as The Balcony, an impeccable viewing platform.

Shared Christmas Parties

And of course, our Christmas portfolio wouldn’t be complete without our Shared Christmas Party offering. This year, we are back at both Evolution London in Battersea Park and Magazine London situated at Greenwich Peninsula.

Due to popular demand, we’re offering 10 shared party nights across December, spanning from the 1st to the 21st. We’ve also added Wednesday nights into the mix and will be hosting Christmas parties closer to the big day As always, we are offering the ultimate combination of spectacular themes, mesmerising entertainment, exquisite food and exceptional service.

This year, Evolution London will be Carnivale themed so guests should be prepared for a colourful celebration of Mardi Gras, limbo, calypso, flamboyant costumes, exotic food and crazy cocktails.

Meanwhile, over at Magazine, your guests will be in awe of the panoramic views of Canary Wharf and The City beyond. Enter this urban landscape with towering ceilings, where a night of explosive entertainment and decadent dining awaits.
