How To Qualify
The incentive scheme was founded in 2018 and since then, we have hosted four incredible overseas trips which each saw 40 agencies whisked away for a weekend in paradise. However, Smart Friends is about much more than just the gold tier incentive trip, we want to make this community fruitful for everybody and therefore we have introduced two more tiers, giving many more agencies a chance to qualify.
Agency Incentive Scheme
We want to offer fair and inclusive opportunities for all of our loyal agencies, so our incentive scheme now features three qualifying tiers; Gold, Silver and Bronze.
GOLD
TWO NIGHT INTERNATIONAL TRIP
Spend £150,000 (ex VAT) and you have one space on the plane.
Spend £250,000+ (ex VAT) and two of you are on the plane.
SILVER
UK HOSPITALITY EXPERIENCE
Spend between £75,000 – £150,000 (ex VAT) and you have one space on a UK hospitality experience.
BRONZE
PREMIUM CULINARY EXPERIENCE
Book events to a value of over £25,000 (ex VAT) for two guests to join a spectacular dinner in London.
The small print...
For the Gold and Silver trip, the spend must be across two or more events. The start date of the event(s) booked must fall within our current financial year (between 1st April 2023 and 31st August 2024) in order to qualify for the next incentive. Events starting after this date will count towards future incentives. Only revenue contracted with a Smart Group company will be included in the calculations. Any event revenue contracted with a third party (e.g. with a venue or other partner/supplier) will not be included in the calculations. Any increase in the event revenue post-contract will not be included in the calculations. In the event that the end client contracts with the relevant Smart Group company, rather than the agent, the revenue will still count towards the calculation.
