Where a thousand stories begin. In September 2026, 30 of our top agents touched down in the captivating heart of Marrakech for three unforgettable days of discovery, indulgence and celebration.

From the winding souks and spice-filled streets to sidecar adventures through the city and a spectacular Desert Noir evening beneath the stars, every moment was designed to surprise, inspire and delight. There were terracotta terraces, timeless traditions, world-class cuisine and, of course, a few late-night stories shared around the piano.

Surrounded by the magic of Marrakech, Smart Friends old and new came together to experience a city where every corner has a story and where the memories are sure to last long after the journey home.

Marrakech

Day One

After touching down in the Red City, our Smart Friends made their way to The Oberoi, settling into the magic of Marrakech with a leisurely lunch, time to unwind and sundowners overlooking the beautiful surroundings. As evening fell, the group headed out for their first taste of Marrakech magic, embracing the spirit of A Thousand and One Nights before returning to The Oberoi for a well-earned night’s sleep.

Day Two

Day two begins with a leisurely breakfast before heading into the heart of Marrakech, where our Smart Friends take to the souks by sidecar and bike, weaving through the sights, sounds and colours of the Medina. After a morning of exploring, it’s time to swap the souks for rooftop views, good food and even better company at the House of Friends. With the afternoon at leisure, there’s time to head back to The Oberoi, perhaps for a little rosé or a little rest, before dusk brings sundowners and an evening beneath the stars. Then it’s time to embrace Desert Noir, think black, deepened with gold, bronze, metallics and jewel tones for a night of candlelight, celebration and unforgettable moments among friends.

Day Three

Day three begins with breakfast at your leisure, with one final chance to soak up the magic of Marrakech at your own pace. Relax and recharge in the spa, enjoy a leisurely lunch by the pool, wander back into the Medina for one last bargain, or simply embrace the luxury of doing absolutely nothing. Then, with bags packed and memories made, it’s time to say goodbye to The Oberoi and head home. Bags Packed, Ready to Roll. Wheels Up, Homeward Bound.
