How To Qualify

The incentive scheme was founded in 2018 and since then, we have hosted five incredible overseas trips which each saw 40 agencies whisked away for a weekend in paradise. However, Smart Friends is about much more than just the gold tier incentive trip, we want to make this community fruitful for everybody and therefore we have introduced two more tiers, giving many more agencies a chance to qualify.

The small print...

For the Gold and Silver trip, the spend must be across two or more events, except for Gold +, which can be in one single event. The start date of the event(s) booked must fall within our current financial year (between 1st September 2025 and 31st August 2026) to qualify for the next incentive. Events starting after this date will count towards future incentives. Only revenue contracted with a Smart Group company will be included in the calculations. Any event revenue contracted with a third party (e.g. with a venue or other partner/supplier) will not be included in the calculations. In the event that the end client contracts with the relevant Smart Group company, rather than the agent, the revenue will still count towards the calculation.
